Krisify Solutions (Registration No. RA0128147-A) is a digital growth agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing paid advertising management, marketing automation, and answer engine optimisation (AEO) services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Contact and application forms — When you fill in the Contact or Apply form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you provide.
  • Analytics data — We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. This data does not identify you personally.
  • Cookies and local storage — Our site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and browser localStorage to remember your display preferences (e.g., colour scheme). No personally identifiable information is stored in localStorage.
  • Client onboarding — If you become a client, we may collect additional information necessary to deliver our services, including advertising account access credentials, business details, and billing information via Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and schedule strategy calls
  • Assess whether our services are a good fit for your business
  • Deliver the services you engage us for
  • Send relevant marketing communications about our services (you can opt out at any time)

4. Third-Party Tools and Data Processors

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • GoHighLevel — Our CRM and marketing automation platform. Enquiries submitted via our forms are stored in GoHighLevel to manage follow-up communication.
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — For anonymised website analytics. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Meta Pixel — If you visit our site after interacting with a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, the Meta Pixel may log that visit for ad attribution purposes.
  • Stripe — If you become a paying client, billing is processed through Stripe. Krisify Solutions does not store your full card details.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — If you initiate contact via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to Meta's privacy policy.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Cookies

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — Measure website traffic and user behaviour. These are set by Google and can be blocked via your browser settings or a cookie opt-out tool.
  • Functional storage — Browser localStorage is used to save your display preferences (accent colour, animation settings). This is not a cookie and contains no personally identifiable data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the website.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and contact form data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to manage an active client relationship. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 26 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings.

If you become a client, we retain relevant project and billing records for 7 years as required by Malaysian accounting regulations, after which they are securely deleted.

7. Your Rights

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdrawal of consent — Withdraw consent for us to process your data (this may affect our ability to provide services)
  • Opt out of marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS and access to client data in GoHighLevel is restricted to authorised team members only.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
